Congratulations on your graduation! Be sure to request these documents for college admission as soon as possible!

  • Your official high school transcript is due within two weeks of graduation! Be sure to request that your school submit final transcripts electronically to USF. Applicants from out-of state may need to send a hard copy transcript. Log into OASIS to determine if admissions documents are still needed.
  • If you have taken dual enrollment courses, official college transcripts are due immediately after grades are posted. Even if the grades show on the high school transcript, it’s important that the school receive the official college transcript.
  • Scores from exams giving college credit need to be sent electronically as soon as they are available also. This includes Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate exams.
